Automatic Dimension Measuring Machine | Mechanical project

In mechanical industry measuring is tedious job. To eliminate this tedious work automatic dimension Measuring machine is designed. Automatic dimension Measuring machine is used to measure the dimension of the object or a job. It consists of two pointers, which are used to hold the object being measured. There are two movable tweezers like structures, which are fixed to a sensor unit. The signals from the sensor unit are given to the electronic unit. The power supply unit provides power supply unit. The display the accurate dimension of the job placed between the two pointers.

When the job is placed the sensor will move and the signals are produced the signals are then processed by the electronic unit. Using this unit accurate measurement is possible. Measuring time is less. Weight of the instrument is also less.
