AUTOMATIC POTATO CHIPS MAKING MACHINE MECHANICAL PROJECT
This project work titled “FABRICATION OF AUTOMATIC POTATO CHIPS MAKING MACHINE” has been conceived having studied the difficulty in cutting the any type of round/hexagonal/any shapes substance.
Our survey in the regard in several home/hotel, revealed the facts that mostly some difficulty occurs in cutting huge amount of potato. The cutting of huge amount of potato in hand is taking more time and high manual force.
Now the project has mainly concentrated on this difficulty, and hence a suitable device has been designed. Such that the potato cutting operation can be done without application of any impact force.
This device the automatic potato cutting machine has been developed to later the needs of small and medium home/hotel application, who are normally man powered. In most of the house/hotel the potatoes are cutting by using human hand. This needs more time and high working load.
In order to avoid all such disadvantages. This, machine has been designed in such a way that it can be used to cutting the potato very smoothly without any impact force. The operation is made be simple that even an unskilled labour can handled, by just demonstrating the working of the automatic potato cutting machine once.
