MULTIPURPOSE TOOL CHANGER-Mechanical Project
Nowadays, the mechanical with electronics plays very important role in the industries. This will make the job faster, accurate and easy to do. This is a project for multipurpose tool changer.
This project is designed for changing the tool depends on the job by using the stepper motor. The tool holder is fixed in the stand as shown in the figure. Depends on the necessity, we can change the tool in the tool holder. The shaft of the stepper motor is connected with the tool holder. The control panel is used to control the tool holder to do the job. There is a handle fixed with the stepper motor for the manual settings.
In the fast moving world, to improve the productivity, we have to do the work as faster as we can. These types of project are used to improve the productivity in the company.
