Customized Fidget Spinner Designs ,animation in Solidworks

A fidget spinner is a toy that consists of a bearing in the center of a multi-lobed flat structure made from metal or plastic designed to spin along its axis with little effort.
 
Fidget spinners are useless machines designed to spin with little effort.



Major parts Of Fidget Spinners are:

 
 Bearing: 
Bearing is rotating member, you can select SKF Deep groove Ball Bearing no. 608 series , ID=8MM , OD=22 MM ,THICKNESS= 7 MM .
 
Bearings can vary to adjust for the design’s spin time, vibration, and noise, causing unique sensory feedback.
 
Rotating Plate:
  1. Plate can be designed in various styles. 
  2. A basic fidget spinner consists of a two- or three-pronged design with a bearing in its center circular pad.
  3. They are made from various materials including brass, stainless steel, titanium, copper, aluminium, and plastic.
  4. Plate Can be manufactured by using 3d Printing, Laser cutting, waterjet cutting, milling/turning Operation, Gas cutting /Finishing.
