This project is mainly developed for lifting of four wheelers in a much better way. After placing the car in the ramp right above the lifting base, with the help of the scissors lift, the lifting base can be lifted; with which the servicing or repairing work can be done easily. The required components for this arrangement are Hydraulic bottle jack, scissors lift, platform, and cylinder with fluid. This equipment is suitable for all four wheeler vehicles.
The equipment consists of platform connected with scissors lift, scissors lift is operated using the Hydraulic cylinder. Two scissors lift are attached with the platform with required distance to balance the lift. Once the car is placed on the platform, the Hydraulic bottle jack is actuated. The scissors lift is operated using bottle jack. Two cylinders is filled with oil both the cylinders are connected with help of tube. If the first cylinders piston rod is pushed the oil from the first cylinder passes to the second cylinder and pushes the piston by which the piston rod moves front. The first cylinder piston rod is mounted with the hydraulic jack piston rod. Hence when the bottle jack is pumped it in turn actuates the second cylinders piston rod. In this case both the scissors lifts have to be operated in the same time. For this with a connecting rod from the piston rod both the scissors lift are connected together.
Once the car is lifted, with the help of the wheels attached to the base of the scissors lift the lift can be moved to the required place. After completing the required operation in the vehicle, the wheels are grounded safely by the same process.
